  • Country Arts SA - Quick Response Grant - August

Closes 31 August 2026

Regional artists to access professional arts development and training opportunities, or organisations/community groups with small project opportunities that arise at short notice.

  • Arts Projects for Individuals and Groups

Closes 1 September 2026

Funding of between $10,000 and $50,000 for a range of activities and projects, both national and international, across all arts projects.

  • IAF Small Grants for Young and/or Emerging Artists (Individual and Group)

Closes 1 October

The Independent Arts Foundation makes available funding for small grants up to a maximum of $1,000 for individuals and $5,000 for groups.

  • CreateSA - Professional Development

Opens 19 August 2026 - Closes 28 September 2026

This grant (up to $15,000) supports the professional development of individual, independent artists and arts workers to undertake skills development and training that is relevant to their arts practice or professional practice.

  • CreateSA - Market Development

Opens 19 August 2026 - Closes 28 September 2026

This grant (up to $15,000) supports artists and organisations to build a national and international profile through the development of relationships, networks and market opportunities. The category covers all art forms and the activity must benefit South Australian artists.

  • CreateSA Fellowships

Opens 19 August 2026 - Closes 28 September 

This grant supports individual professional artists, creatives and cultural leaders to undertake a sustained period of creative development that will strengthen and extend their professional practice and contribute to the arts and cultural ecology in South Australia.

  • CreateSA Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Grants - Projects  

Opens 19 August 2026 - Closes 28 September 2026

This grant supports the creative development, production and presentation of new work. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individual artists and art and cultural workers, groups and arts and cultural organisations can apply for projects across all art forms.
